Shure SBC203
The SBC203 is Shure's dual-docking recharging station for the SLX-D wireless family, charging two SB903 lithium-ion batteries or two SLX-D transmitters at once. It accepts the batteries in or out of their transmitters, so a bag of SLXD1 bodypacks and SLXD2 handhelds can be dropped straight into the bays at the end of a show and be topped up by call time. Docked transmitters have their RF and audio automatically muted, which keeps a charging rack from stepping on a live channel.
Charging is quick: two batteries reach 50 percent in about 1 hour 15 minutes, enough for four hours of runtime, and full charge in about 2 hours 30 minutes for a full eight hours. The station is optionally surface-mountable, and an included link plate lets several SBC203 units be ganged together for a tidy install.
