Sennheiser HSP2

The HSP 2 is a lightweight neckband headworn microphone built around Sennheiser's permanently polarized MKE Platinum condenser capsule with an omnidirectional pattern, designed for professional hands-free work where the mic has to vanish on camera. The neckband adjusts to any head size and sits clear of the collar, while the ultra-thin 1.1 mm boom can be mounted on the left or right and set for length and angle. A patented umbrella diaphragm shields the capsule from sweat, and every metal part is finished with a hard-wearing physical vapor deposition coat.

The omni capsule stays flat from 20 to 20,000 Hz and handles up to 150 dB SPL, so it holds together on loud stages as easily as it flatters a spoken voice. The 1.6 m cable ends in a 3-pin SE connector for Sennheiser bodypack transmitters, and because the cable is interchangeable it is easy to swap or replace on the road. This version ships in anthracite black.
