Sennheiser EW-DX SK 3-PIN Bodypack Transmitter
The EW-DX SK 3-PIN is the bodypack transmitter for Sennheiser's Evolution Wireless Digital range, the version fitted with the locking 3-pin connector rather than the standard 3.5 mm input. That 3-pin socket accepts cabled lavalier, headset, and instrument microphones wired to the Sennheiser standard, making it the pick for install and rental inventories already stocked with 3-pin capsules. A rugged metal housing stands up to daily handling on the belt or in a pouch.
The transmitter sends a low-latency digital signal with AES 256 encryption at 10 mW ERP within a 200 kHz occupied bandwidth, and it powers from two AA batteries or the rechargeable BA 70 pack. It pairs with EW-DX receivers and is set up and monitored through the Smart Assist app and Sennheiser Control Cockpit. It comes in several UHF and 900 MHz tuning ranges to match local spectrum.
