Panasonic Lumix S1RII Body

The Panasonic LUMIX S1RII (DC-S1RM2) is the high-resolution hybrid body in the L-Mount system: a 44.3MP full-frame BSI CMOS sensor that resolves fine texture for landscape, product and studio work, paired with a phase-hybrid AF system running 779 selectable points with subject recognition for people, animals, vehicles, trains and aircraft. Burst runs up to 40 fps with the electronic shutter and 10 fps mechanical, both with continuous AF, and the 8-stop Body I.S. unit lets a handheld frame stay clean at shutter speeds that used to demand a tripod.

On the video side the S1RII records 8K up to 30p, 6.4K open gate for reframing a vertical crop out of a horizontal take, 4K up to 120p for slow motion, and 5.8K Apple ProRes RAW internally to a CFexpress Type B card in slot 1. Slot 2 takes SD UHS-II, and the USB-C port records directly to an external SSD when a shoot outruns the cards. A 5.76-million-dot OLED viewfinder and a 3.0-inch 1.84-million-dot articulating touchscreen handle framing; power comes from the DMW-BLK22 pack. Body only, no lens included.
