Panasonic Lumix S9 Full-Frame Mirrorless Camera
The Lumix S9 is the smallest full-frame body Panasonic makes: 24.2 effective megapixels on a 35.6 x 23.8mm CMOS sensor in a chassis that weighs 486 grams with battery and card. The point of it is finishing in camera rather than in post. REAL TIME LUT applies a look at capture, and looks are built or loaded over the LUMIX Lab app on a phone, so a clip leaves the camera already graded.
Focus is a phase-detection and contrast hybrid with single, continuous and manual modes, and recording covers MOV and MP4 in H.264 or H.265 with an MP4 Lite option for fast phone transfer. Still aspect ratios run from 4:3 through 65:24 and 2:1 for social crops without recomposing. Wi-Fi is dual-band with WPA3 and Bluetooth is 5.0 LE. Body-only and 18-40mm kit configurations are listed, in six colours.
