Lumantek ez-Rack Converter Rack Mount

A rack of Lumantek converters normally means a rack of wall warts, and that is the problem the ez-Rack solves. The frame carries up to ten Mini or ez-Converters and distributes 12V to all of them from two power inputs, so a full house of converters needs two supplies rather than ten and the back of the rack stops being a nest of adapters. The two inputs also give you a redundant feed if you power them from separate circuits.

Each converter drops in and is held by one clip and one screw, which means a shop can pre-load a rack, wire it once, and move it as a single unit between jobs instead of rebuilding the same conversion chain on site. The frame is 18.8 inches wide and 13.8 inches deep; how much rack space it consumes depends on what you put in it, working out to 2U or 3U for typical converter sizes. It accepts the full Lumantek converter line.
