Lumantek ez-HSV+ / ez-SHV+ Converter with Display and Scaler

The Lumantek ez-HSV+ and ez-SHV+ do the same job as a plain converter but add a 2.7-inch TFT screen and a scaler, so you can confirm the signal and reshape it on the spot. The ez-HSV+ takes an HDMI input and outputs two SDI feeds; the ez-SHV+ accepts SD, HD, or 3G-SDI and outputs HDMI. The built-in display shows input and output resolution and the audio level, and on the SHV+ it also reports SDI cable length and eye-pattern for troubleshooting a long run.

A DIP switch sets the output resolution anywhere from 480i to 1080p60, so a mismatched source and display are reconciled without a separate scaler in the chain. Both accept a wide 5-to-18-volt power range, which makes them easy to run from a camera battery or a small supply on location. Choose the direction you need from the option list.
