Lowell LBS8-R1 Tile Bridge for 8-Inch Speaker, R1 Version

The LBS8-R1 is the round-opening tile bridge for an 8-inch speaker: formed 24-gauge galvanized steel, 23.75 by 15.5 inches, with a 10.75-inch diameter opening. It distributes the speaker assembly's weight to the ceiling support structure of a 2x2 or 2x4 suspended ceiling so the tile is not left holding it.

It works with a screw-mount or a torsion grille, and with or without a backbox depending on local code and how heavy the speaker assembly is. Multiple attachment points and wire-tie points for seismic anchoring are built in. Made in the U.S.A.; priced each, order in multiples of 10.
