JBL Professional JBL SRX812 Passive 12-inch two-way bass-reflex loudspeaker

The SRX812 is the passive 12-inch box in the SRX800 line - main PA, monitor, side or rear fill, depending on which way you set it down. A JBL 2272H woofer and 2432H compression driver cross at 1.9 kHz for 90 by 50 degree coverage, rated 800 W continuous into 8 ohms with 129 dB peak output. Twelve M10 points and moulded feet cover both flown and floor use.

Connection is NL4 in and NL4 loop-through with selectable +/-1 or +/-2 pins, so the cabinet can run passive or bi-amped. The enclosure is 18 mm DuraFlex-coated plywood in Obsidian with a 14-gauge powder-coated steel grille. It needs an external amplifier. Dual 36 mm pole sockets and a 50-degree monitor angle are built into the cabinet, which weighs 55 lb.
