Clear-Com TWC-7032-Channel TW Cable Adapter
The TWC-703 takes two single channels of a Clear-Com analog partyline and folds them onto one TW line, so a two-channel TW segment can hang off any Clear-Com system. The payoff is cabling: TW carries both channels on ordinary 3-pin XLR mic cable, which is what you already have in the truck, and TW-compatible stations such as the RS-703 beltpack drop straight onto it. The box translates audio and call signaling in both directions, passes Clear-Com termination and power through, and manages termination automatically, with power protection that guards the TW segment against shorts and overloads.
It runs on 20-30V DC and normally sips its power from the partyline itself: 65 mA at idle, 550 mA at maximum. Add the optional PSU-EXT-003 supply to the 2.1 mm coaxial DC input on the rear and the TWC-703 will power the TW line independently, taking that load off the main station or rack supply so you can grow a system without buying more power. Powered that way with nothing else attached, it becomes the smallest dual-channel intercom Clear-Com makes, terminating the TW output itself and running up to 12 RS-703 beltpacks. Rear switches enable or defeat call translation per channel.
