The 930VPL is a boundary microphone built for altars, conference tables and stage floors, with a continuously-variable pattern that ranges from omnidirectional through cardioid, hypercardioid and figure-8. A programmable membrane switch with an LED lets a room controller mute the mic or trigger an external device through its contact-closure I/O.

DIP switches set the power-up state and other options at install time, and a bottom cable exit keeps wiring tidy in a flush-mounted install. RF-resistant architecture keeps it stable near wireless mics and dimmers.
