The M40 is a miniaturized condenser with a fully integrated preamp, designed with very high sensitivity for distance miking from a ceiling position. Its primary jobs are video and teleconferencing, distance learning, hospital rooms, surveillance, and ambient room capture - anywhere the talkers are well back from the mic and a visible microphone is undesirable.

It is fully immune to the RF interference cell phones and GSM devices cause, so pickup stays clean in busy rooms. The white body blends into the ceiling, and it is offered with a 6-inch or 12-inch drop to set the capsule at the right height for the space. Select the length above.
