Vizrt PTZ3 UHD PLUS 4K PTZ Camera

The PTZ3 UHD PLUS is the 4K member of Vizrt's PTZ3 PLUS range. A 30x optical zoom and a Sony 1/1.8 inch 12MP sensor deliver 2160p60 over NDI|HX3, and a 0.5 lux minimum illumination figure keeps the picture usable in a dim lecture hall or an evening event space. It runs the same AI presenter tracking as the HD model, with adjustable framing ratios, tracking limit windows to keep the camera from panning off a green screen, and a configurable return-to-home timeout between 0.5 and 10 seconds.

Setup is the point of this camera. NDI means it simply appears on the network, and a single ethernet run supplies PoE+ power, control, tally, audio and FreeD position, rotation and lens data embedded frame by frame, so AR and virtual set work with Viz Virtual Studio Go stops needing a separate tracking cable. 3G-SDI and HDMI outputs remain for conventional plumbing, and the phantom-powered mini XLR input feeds a +48 V microphone into the NDI stream with a two-step confirmation so a non-powered mic cannot be damaged by accident. Black and white bodies share identical software and both include wall and ceiling mounts, IR remote and power supply.
