Stentor Conservatoire Violin Outfit

The Stentor Conservatoire is built on an inside mould for fine detail and accurate body assembly, a step up chosen by intermediate players and recommended by teachers as a step-up instrument. It carries a carved spruce front and carved flamed maple back and ribs, finished in Stentor's own Shellax varnish, with ebony fittings and traditional inlaid purfling throughout.

The outfit ships with a selected wood bow strung with natural white horsehair and a full-mounted ebony frog, a deluxe oblong lightweight case with an integral cover, carrying strap, music pocket, hygrometer and case blanket, and a cake of high quality rosin. Stentor offers the Conservatoire in sizes from 4/4 down to 1/8; G&G stocks the 4/4 (full size).
