HZC-PSF20 is a permanent format option for Sony's HDC-2000 series system cameras that unlocks 24PsF (progressive segmented frame) shooting. 24PsF captures a full progressive 24 frame image but transports it over standard interlaced infrastructure, which is what lets a production intercut HDC-2000 footage with film-look 24p content while still running over an HD-SDI signal chain built for interlace.

It's a one-time purchase applied to the specific camera it licenses, so a facility can add 24PsF capability to an HDC-2000 already in the fleet for a production that calls for a cinematic frame rate.
