sE Electronics X1 S Studio Bundle with RF-X Reflexion Filter
The X1 S Studio Bundle is aimed at people recording in a room they cannot treat. It pairs the X1 S hand-crafted 1 inch true condenser with the RF-X Reflexion Filter, whose four-layer acoustic design absorbs the reflections coming back at the capsule, so the take sounds like the source rather than the room behind it.
The Isolation Pack quick-lock shockmount and metal pop filter handle rumble and plosives, and a 3 metre mic cable is in the box, so the bundle plugs straight into an interface or mixer. The X1 S itself carries 9 dB self-noise, switchable 10 and 20 dB pads and an 80 or 160 Hz low-cut.
