PROTON PIO-E IP Remote Interface for PROTON Cameras

The PIO-E is the piece that gets PROTON POV cameras onto the same control network as everything else in the truck. It is a 22 x 27 x 60 mm housing weighing 60 grams that takes an Ethernet run with 100 Mbit PoE to IEEE 802.3af and presents a Hirose HR10A-7R-6S(73) female connector to the camera, so a rigged head needs one cable back to the switch rather than a separate control spur.

Configuration goes over Ethernet or through the USB-C port, which also handles firmware updates and service. An RGB status LED reports state at a glance and a bind/reset button covers recovery. Four M2.5 mounting points let it be screwed down near the camera position. It will run on PoE or a 12 V 1 A supply.
