Porta Brace BK-STEADICAM Lightweight Rigid-Frame Backpack for Steadicam Systems

The BK-STEADICAM is a rigid-frame backpack sized for Steadicam and similar stabilizer systems. The frame is corrugated plastic: light enough to carry all day, and tough enough that you can stand on top of the loaded backpack without bending it. Thick padded straps, a waist belt, a chest strap and extra closed-cell foam padding keep the load manageable, and the 1000-denier Cordura exterior is the same shell material used across the Porta Brace line.

Inside, the protection is specific to a stabilizer rig. Three soft padded pillows cushion the vest and arm, one stabilizer arm cinch holds the arm still in transit, and two 7 x 21 inch padded dividers separate the components. A PB-B812 8 x 12 inch padded accessory pouch is included for the small parts.
