Marshall V-MD1736RU 17" Full Resolution Monitor
The V-MD173 is a 17 inch production monitor that fits a standard rack or stands on its own. Its 1920 x 1080 LCD runs at native full resolution with a 16:9 aspect ratio, 400 cd/m2 brightness, a 600:1 contrast ratio, and 160 by 160 degree viewing angles, so a room full of operators sees the same picture. Production tools include a false color filter and a blue-gun mode for exposure and chroma checks.
What sets it apart is the input side: two field-swappable module slots let you change what the monitor accepts as your signal chain evolves. Modules include the MD-3GE single 3G-SDI with loop-through, the MD-HDIx2 two-channel HDMI, the MD-DVII DVI-I, and the MD-TC optical input. It mounts in an EIA 19 inch rack (6RU) or on a VESA 75mm pattern and runs on 12VDC over a 4-pin XLR, about 32W at maximum.
