Mackie ProFX6v3 6-Channel Analog Mixer with USB
The ProFX6v3 is the smallest mixer in Mackie's ProFXv3 line, built for a solo performer, a podcast desk, or a small rehearsal room that still needs real preamps. Two Onyx mic preamps deliver up to 60 dB of gain with the headroom to track a loud vocal or an acoustic guitar cleanly, and the GigFX engine adds 24 reverbs, delays, and choruses without an outboard rack.
A 2x4 USB interface records to a Mac or PC at up to 24-bit / 192 kHz and plays back a separate stereo return, so the same mixer handles a live set and a tracking session. Channels 1 and 2 carry a two-band EQ and a 100 Hz low-cut filter, 48V phantom power feeds condenser mics, and the metal chassis keeps the footprint small enough for a backpack.
