Mackie 402VLZ4 4-Channel Ultra-Compact Analog Mixer

The 402VLZ4 is the smallest mixer in the VLZ4 line, built for a two-mic interview, a submix, or a portable rig where desk space is scarce. Two Onyx mic preamps deliver up to 60 dB of clean gain with the headroom that made the VLZ name, and a stereo pair of line inputs handles playback or a keyboard.

Mic channels carry a two-band EQ at 80 Hz and 12 kHz plus an 18 dB/octave 100 Hz low-cut filter to clear rumble, and switchable phantom power feeds condenser mics. The rugged steel chassis and sealed rotary controls are the same build quality as the larger consoles, packed into a footprint you can slip into a bag.
