Lowell R7810-72 8 in Speaker/Grille Assembly

The Lowell R7810-72 is the square-grille member of Lowell's 8" ceiling speaker family: dual-cone driver, wired 25V/70V transformer and an 11.44" square steel grille, supplied as one assembly ready to screw down. The square grille is the one to specify where the ceiling grid is square and a round grille would read as an afterthought.

The driver takes 15 W RMS on a 10 oz ceramic magnet, with a moulded high-fibre cone running 54 Hz to 11.6 kHz (+/-6 dB) and 97.9 dB average sensitivity at 1 W/1 m. The transformer is pre-wired with taps at 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2 and 5 W. Finish is white powder epoxy. The enclosure is a separate order.
