Lumantek ez-Distributor 14-Channel SDI and HDMI Distribution Amplifier

The ez-Distributor takes one program feed and puts it everywhere it needs to go. A single 3G-SDI input and a single HDMI 1.3 input are selectable from the front-panel LCD, and the chosen source is distributed to twelve 3G-SDI outputs and two HDMI 1.3 outputs at once. That is enough to feed a monitor wall, a recorder, a stream encoder, and the lobby displays from one rack unit rather than a stack of two-output amplifiers.

Audio is handled as well as video. A pair of XLR inputs embeds external audio into the outgoing signal, and a pair of XLR outputs de-embeds the audio already riding on the source for a PA feed or a recorder. The front LCD carries audio level metering alongside the input selection, so a wrong or silent source is visible at the rack instead of being discovered downstream.
