Martin Audio iKON iK81 8-Channel Power Amplifier (Dante)

The iKON iK81 is Martin Audio's eight-channel Class-D amplifier, developed as the dedicated controller amplifier for the Wavefront Precision WPM compact line array. Its eight channels let one 2U unit drive and process a larger cabinet count than a four-channel amplifier, with the same high power density and network control as the rest of the iKON range.

It delivers 10,000W total, a full 1250W per channel into 2, 4 or 8 ohms with all channels driven, and runs 96kHz DSP on every input and output (48kHz when FIR filtering is engaged) with up to 1000 FIR taps per output. This Dante version provides networked digital audio inputs alongside the analogue connections, with full control and monitoring over the network.
