Listen Technologies LA-401 Universal Ear Speaker

The LA-401 deliberately does not seal. Leaving outside sound audible is the point for assistive listening, where a user still needs to hear the person next to them, and it is also why this design works alongside a hearing aid.

It wears over the left or right ear without adjustment, runs 20 Hz to 20 kHz into 32 ohms, and terminates in a 3.5 mm TRS plug on a 13 inch cable with the LA-434 28 inch extension in the box. The shell is solid plastic and disinfects between users.
