Kramer AD-GM/GM 15-pin HD (M/M) Gender Changer

The Kramer AD-GM/GM is a 15-pin HD gender changer with a male connector on both sides, used to bridge two female-terminated VGA cables or to plug a female-ended cable into a female wall plate.

It is the counterpart to the AD-GF/GF, and between the two of them almost any VGA gender mismatch on site can be resolved without cutting a connector off.
