JVC BR-EN900 Encoder (B-Stock)

The ProHD BR-EN900 is a professional hardware encoder that compresses live video to HEVC (H.265) or H.264 in real time using a dedicated compression chip rather than a general-purpose CPU. All-hardware HEVC lets it stream broadcast-quality 1080p at up to 10-bit 4:2:2 while using as much as 50 percent less bandwidth than the best H.264 encoders, or delivering roughly twice the quality at the same bitrate. Inputs cover 3G-SDI, HDMI, DVI and composite plus analog and digital audio, and it can encode to several destinations at once.
