Hollyland Pyro S Wireless Video Transmission System
The Pyro S adds 3G-SDI to the Pyro platform, which is what makes it usable on a broadcast body rather than only on a mirrorless camera. It carries HDMI 1.4b and SDI inputs, transmits up to 4K30, and reaches 400m (1,300ft) line of sight at 0.05 seconds of latency to as many as four receivers.
Auto dual-band hopping moves the link between 2.4GHz and 5GHz on its own as the RF environment changes, which is the difference between a link that survives a busy venue and one that does not. Output can go to a monitor, to a computer as a UVC webcam over USB-C, or straight to a platform over RTMP. The transmitter takes an NP-F style battery between 6.8 and 8.4V or 6 to 16V DC and draws under 11W.
