Hollyland Pyro Ultra Wireless Video Transmission System
The Pyro Ultra breaks from the usual one-transmitter-to-one-receiver wireless video link: a single transmitter feeds an unlimited number of receivers, so a director, a DIT cart, and a client monitor can all pull the same 4K60 signal off one radio at the camera. Dual-band 2.4 and 5 GHz transmission with DFS support keeps the link out of the way of Wi-Fi and other 2.4 GHz traffic on a crowded set, and Hollyland's proprietary TWiFi codec carries the picture.
Range runs up to 4,900 ft (1.5 km) in non-broadcast mode or 2,300 ft (700 m) line of sight in broadcast mode, with latency starting around 20 ms at 1080p25/30 and rising to about 45 ms at full 4K60. Both transmitter and receiver carry a small onboard display, HDMI loop-out plus SDI I/O and USB-C, and support frame freezing and UVC/RTMP streaming. It ships as a standalone transmitter, a standalone receiver, or as a 1TX+1RX or 1TX+2RX kit depending on how many monitoring positions a shoot needs.
