Elgato Facecam A 1080p60 webcam with a Sony STARVIS sensor and a fixed 24mm-equivalent lens
Facecam is Elgato's premium 1080p60 webcam, built around a Sony STARVIS CMOS sensor for strong low-light performance and a fixed-focus Elgato Prime lens equivalent to 24mm full-frame at f/2.4. Because the lens is fixed rather than auto-focus, it does not hunt or refocus mid-call, holding sharp within a 30 to 120cm range and an 84-degree field of view.
It outputs uncompressed video up to 1080p60 over USB 3.0 (falling back to MJPEG-compressed USB 2.0 when needed), with camera controls handled through Elgato's Camera Hub software. It mounts on a 1/4-inch thread for a tripod or boom arm and includes a monitor clamp for desk setups.
