Elgato Cold Shoe Accessory Mount

Cold Shoe is the adapter that lets shoe-mount gear ride on something other than a camera hot shoe. Aluminium body, anti-slip rubber pad, and a 1/4 inch thread underneath, so it bolts to a camera, a Multi Mount column, a light stand, or a tripod head and gives you a standard shoe on top.

The joint swivels a full 360 degrees and tilts 180 degrees, then locks, which is what you want when a shotgun microphone or a small monitor has to point somewhere the host device does not.
