Eartec UltraLITE and PRO16 Off-Ear Pad

A single-ear headset still has a pad on the side that does not carry a speaker: it is what holds the headset against the head without pressing bare plastic into the skull. This is the replacement for that off-ear pad on the UltraLITE and PRO16.

It is a small, cheap part that is easy to overlook until a wearer starts complaining about fit at hour six. Keep a couple in the case with the earpads.
