Eartec EVADE Headband Pad

The headband pad is the part that carries the weight of the headset on the crown, and it is the part crews notice on hour six of a shift. Once it flattens out, the band starts pressing on bare scalp and the headset gets taken off between cues.

This is the direct replacement cushion for the EVADE headband. It is a cheap part to keep in a spares kit alongside the ear pads and mic covers.
