Crown CDi 1000 Install Amplifier

The CDi 1000 is built for fixed installation rather than the road, running 500 W per channel at 4 ohms and switching to constant-voltage 70V or 140V output for distributed speaker systems in restaurants, gyms, and houses of worship. Onboard DSP covers crossovers, EQ filters, delay, and output limiting with up to 20 user-defined presets, saving a separate processor for straightforward install jobs.

A front-panel LCD screen makes configuration a menu, not a laptop session, and a switch-mode universal power supply keeps it running on whatever AC a building provides. Balanced (20k ohm) and unbalanced (10k ohm) inputs cover a house mixer or a paging system, and the 2RU chassis fits a standard install rack alongside the rest of a building's AV gear.
