Crestron GLS-PART-CN Cresnet Partition Sensor
The GLS-PART-CN is a surface-mount partition sensor for rooms that divide. An infrared beam across the partition line reports whether a movable wall is open or closed, so the control system can combine or separate the two halves: audio zones, lighting scenes, and source routing all follow the wall instead of waiting for someone to press a button.
Beam strength is adjustable with a sensing distance up to four feet. Three LEDs on the housing show power, communications and partition state at a glance, which makes commissioning a ballroom straightforward. It takes power and data from the Cresnet network and mounts to finished or drop-tile ceilings.
