Crestron GLS-OIRLCL-C-CN Ceiling Occupancy and Daylight Sensor, Cresnet
The GLS-OIRLCL-C-CN does two jobs from one ceiling position. As a passive infrared occupancy sensor it turns a room on when someone enters and off when the room empties; as a photosensor it measures ambient light so fixtures dim back when windows or skylights are already doing the work. Both report over Cresnet to a Crestron control system.
Using one device for both avoids a second ceiling penetration and a second Cresnet drop in conference rooms, classrooms, offices and corridors. The same data can feed a scheduling, asset management or energy monitoring solution through the Crestron XiO Cloud service.
