Blackmagic Studio Camera 4K Pro G2

The Blackmagic Studio Camera 4K Pro G2 is built for larger SDI switcher setups where the camera sits a long way from the mixing position. Its Four Thirds 4K sensor, active MFT lens mount and 13 stops of dynamic range match the rest of the studio camera line, and it records Ultra HD up to 60 fps to a 7-inch 1920 x 1200 LCD with sunshade for a bright, camera-mounted view.

Connectivity is where the Pro G2 earns its name: a 12G-SDI output and a 12G-SDI program return input that carries camera control, talkback and tally, plus an HDMI output with the same control features. A 10Gb/s Ethernet connection can carry every signal on a single cable for a lower-cost SMPTE-style workflow. It records to external USB-C disks, draws 26 to 40W on DC input and carries Blackmagic part number BMD-CINSTUDMFT/G24PDFG2.
