Autocue P7014-0902 Prompter Clock and Tally Light Package
This package pairs the two presenter information units Autocue builds for its prompters. The clock mounts beneath the monitor and shows six-digit timecode, a two-digit tally number and camera ID; the tally light fits on top of the hood and shows red or green for live and preview. Between them the presenter has an on-air indication both above and below the reading surface, which is what a studio wants when the camera itself is hidden inside the hood.
Both units take RJ45 power and data in and out, so they daisy-chain on a single run instead of needing separate feeds, and both have five brightness levels. The tally light triggers from an optical sensor placed over the camera tally, or from a contact closure, and ships with five number inserts, four numbered and one blank. Timecode is LTC or NTP with a real-time clock fallback. Supplied with the tally light, clock, tally sensor, RJ12-RJ45 power cable, RJ45 power and data cables and mounting brackets. On an Explorer prompter a dedicated clock and tally PSU is required.
