Adaptive Technologies Drop-Forged Turnbuckle
Turnbuckles serve as a load-rated tensioning and leveling device: one end always carries a reversed thread, so rotating the housing pulls the two threaded arms inward and adds tension to whatever is anchored between them, such as two wire rope assemblies bridging a rigging point. They also level overhead truss and grids into a flat attitude, and the eye fittings accept shackles and quick links directly.
Adaptive Technologies stocks this turnbuckle in 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" and 1/2" sizes, each in an eye-to-eye configuration for straight tensioning or a jaw-to-jaw configuration for connecting directly to a clevis-style fitting without a shackle.
