amaran Octa Dome 30

The Octa Dome 30 is the compact member of amaran's octagonal softbox line. Thirty centimetres across is small enough to fly close to a subject without appearing in a wide shot, which is exactly what a beauty key or a tabletop fill wants.

Octagonal shape gives a rounder catchlight than a rectangular box, and at this size the whole thing folds down to something that lives in a backpack rather than a case. It is a modifier only; the fixture and any speed ring go with it.
