AJA HELO Plus PlayToStream Option License

PlayToStream turns HELO Plus into a playout device as well as an encoder. With the license applied, either or both stream outputs can play back a program that was recorded on the HELO Plus, or .mp4 and .mov clips recorded on a first-generation HELO, from the unit's SD card or USB storage or from an SMB share or NAS on the network.

The two encoders work independently, so one can stream a live session while the other performs a PlayToStream of an earlier one, and the live session can be recorded at the same time. Up to two clips of a previously captured program can be queued for playout. It is the simple way to run a pre-recorded segment or a replay of the previous session without a separate playback server. Introduced with HELO Plus v2.0 firmware.
