Whirlwind WFS Surface Mount Wall Frame

These patent-pending wall frame assemblies use recessed panels to give connectors greater protection while improving how the installation looks. Surface mount is the version for walls where you cannot bury a box.

Two sizes fit 8 by 8 in. and 12 by 12 in. standard NEMA Type 1 electrical back boxes, in two standard connector panel recess depths of 1 in. and 2.5 in. Note that the 12 in. frame with a locking door is available as a flush mount version only.
