Telex CIA-1000 Two-Channel Call Light Indicator Assembly
The CIA-1000 is a two-channel call indicator that gives an intercom channel a bright, attention-getting visual cue. Any call button on the channel triggers the light, so a stage manager, cue caller, or operator working in a loud or headset-off position sees the signal even when the audible call would be lost. It works with Telex Audiocom and RTS two-wire systems, and G&G stocks it in both a top-mounted flashing-light version for a desktop or wall and a front-mounted version that rack-mounts with optional hardware.
Beyond the light, the unit carries an SPDT relay with common, normally-open, and normally-closed contacts and spring-clamp terminals, so a call can also fire an external device such as a strobe, buzzer, or automation trigger. The chassis is a half-space, 1RU-tall black unit that takes channel-select and line/loop connections, and it runs from the included PS-L wall-pack. Contacts are rated to 0.5 A at 120 VAC.
