NANUK T20

The NANUK T20 is a top loader, and that single design choice is why it exists. Instead of laying the case flat and opening a clamshell, you stand it up and reach in from above, so a body with a lens attached comes out in one motion without unpacking anything around it. The interior stands 9 inches tall in a 10.8 x 7.1 inch footprint, 11.2 litres.

It is a full NANUK underneath: NK-7 resin shell, PowerClaw latching, automatic pressure release valve and a soft-grip handle, rated waterproof and dustproof and good from -67 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit. At 3.8 lb empty and inside carry-on limits it travels as hand luggage. Interiors are cubed foam or padded dividers.
