Marshall Electronics CV-BSE Hirose Breakout Cable
The CV-BSE is the breakout cable that turns the single Hirose connector on a Marshall compact camera into the three connections a rig actually needs: a 2.1 mm barrel for 12V power, a bare RS-485 pair for control, and a TRS jack for mic or line-level audio. It is the same cable shipped in the box, sold on its own for the far more common case of a lost or damaged lead rather than a failed camera.
Camera menus travel over the same RS-485 pair, so the OSD stays reachable once the camera is mounted and out of arm's reach. Two lengths are offered: the original 2 ft lead for a camera sitting next to its power and control gear, and a 10 ft lead when the break-out has to reach back to a rack or a wall plate.
