Manfrotto Shoulder Brace for Monopods
The 361 fits the top end of any make of monopod and puts a pivoting pad against the operator's shoulder. That third contact point is what turns a monopod from a prop into a brace: the pole takes the weight, the shoulder takes the sway, and a long lens holds still at shutter speeds it otherwise would not.
Length adjusts from 17 cm (6.69 in) closed to 30 cm (11.81 in), and the pad pivots to follow the shoulder as the camera tilts. A 1/4 in female thread and a 3/8 in screw attachment cover both ends of the stack. Aluminum, 0.204 kg (0.45 lb).
