Lowell RSVBIT Driver Bit for Torx Star Post Rack Screws
RSVBIT is the driver bit for Lowell's Torx Star Post rack screws. The Star Post drive has a pin in the centre of the recess, so a standard Torx bit will not seat in it - that is the whole point of a security head, and it is why the bit has to come from the same place as the screws.
