Leader LV5350-SER20 Software Option, Field-Installable

The LV5350-SER20 unlocks the full audio toolset on the LV5350 waveform monitor, taking it past basic level meters into real embedded-audio analysis. It adds Lissajous (phase) display, surround-sound display, mute and clip-error detection, and a status panel, so an audio operator can confirm phase, channel assignment, and levels at a glance. It handles 8 channels from a single SDI signal, or 4 channels from each of two SDI inputs.

Audio playback conforms to the SMPTE ST 299 and ST 272 embedded-audio standards at 48 kHz, and every channel stays locked to the video clock. The option installs into the LV5350 and is offered identically on the LV5300 and LV7300. It is the piece to add when a signal chain carries audio that has to be checked, not just carried.
