The Eartec UltraLITE UL312 is a three-person full-duplex wireless intercom that works without a base station. Each headset carries its own DECT 6.0 transceiver in the ear cup, so operators talk and listen at the same time, hands free, the way a phone call works rather than a push-to-talk radio. Line-of-sight range reaches 300 yards, enough to keep a three-person camera, directing, or event crew connected across a venue without belt packs or cables.

This mix pairs one single-sided headset, which leaves an ear open to the room, with two double-sided headsets that seal out loud environments. The lithium batteries charge externally and swap out in seconds, so a spare set runs the crew past the 5-to-6-hour battery life.
