Chauvet DJ EVE F-50Z
EVE F-50Z is the Fresnel counterpart to the E-Series ellipsoidals: the same 50W warm-white LED engine, but a Fresnel lens instead of a hard-edge barrel, so the beam softens from a 17 degree spot to a 50 degree flood as it zooms. It is built for the jobs a hard-edged spot is wrong for - key and fill on a small stage, or a soft wash across a head table - and it ships with barn doors and a gel frame already in the box.
D-Fi USB compatibility lets it run wireless master/slave alongside standard 1 or 3-channel DMX over 3-pin XLR, and it can run stand-alone with no controller at all. PowerCON-compatible connectors power-link up to 16 units at 120V, and at 8.41 lb it is light enough for a boom arm or a low-rise stand in rooms too small for truss.
